City College of Education, Arya Nagar, Hisar has established a well furnished Multipurpose hall-named as “NIRBHAR” (निर्भर-बहुउद्देशीय भवन) with seating capacity of More than 300 students with a dais. It has total area of more than 2000 sq. ft. and is decorated with in built-sound system, two side corridor and green room.
